Our Wedding Story
Forget Me Knot Wedding and Event Venue prides itself on being able to meet the needs of every occasion. From elegant fairy-tale weddings to rustic barn events, we can handle it.
2017
In 2017, the property owners were envisioning a beautiful place on their property for their son to have his wedding. They turned this vision into a reality, and ten months later they had a beautiful “labor of love” on their property. Both of their sons married on their property and the owners opened up the property for other brides and grooms to enjoy.
Their vision began to come to life and string lights, chandeliers, and lanterns were added to cover the ceiling. The stone fireplace boasts a gorgeous hardwood mantle. In addition, the exterior landscaping boasts large, native perennials and dense forest. Furthermore, 1800s Barnwood makes up the majority of the walls. Meticulous planning made up Forget Me Knot Wedding Venue, down to the beautiful dressing room mirror for the perfect shot of the bride getting ready for her special day.
Now
Little by little additions continue to come to life and the venue is as spectacular as ever. In addition, Floor-length commercial linens, Chiavari chairs, new paint, landscaping, and sound equipment are some upgrades for 2021. Upgrades continue to happen to ensure that every bride and groom receives the fairy-tale wedding they deserve.

Forget Me Knot offers DIY weddings to fit your idea of a “Pinterest worthy” wedding. We allow outside catering and decorations to meet your unique style, but have decor onsite if you’d like ideas!
